Flyers have the greatest response rate of all the strategies

I’ve used signs, 15 different newspapers
including many ethnic ones and billboarding. They all
work to a degree but have many drawbacks such as high expense, low response

to drive great distances. Flyers work because they’re more personal, will be
retained by more home owners and will create your clients in a tight
geographical area, a most important point.
